Always remember that you are not alone and it is important to get the proper support.
Unplanned Pregnancy?
Having to make unexpected decisions about health issues is often difficult and making a decision about an unplanned pregnancy is no different. Depending on individual circumstances, an unplanned pregnancy can be a happy surprise or an unwelcome and difficult situation to face. Every situation is unique and your experience will not be the same as someone else’s. Your personal values, beliefs, and stage in life will likely influence your choice of whether to continue with the pregnancy, or not. The most important thing to remember is that the decision is yours. The Society of Obstetricians and Gynecologists of Canada (SOGC) supports a woman’s right to choose when and if she has children.
