Eagles Nest has been serving the Flamborough community for 20 years. We help people care for their mental health, understand themselves and learn new tools for healthy relationships. We offer affordable therapy, coaching and support programs to adults, youth and children. Our services are low-cost or fully subsidized to help make them accessible to everyone. We welcome everyone for who they are, without regard to religion, ethnicity, race, gender or sexuality.


School Mental Health Ontario is a provincial implementation support team. We help students understand their mental health, provide resources, and help you help a friend.


ConnexOntario provides free and confidential health services information for people experiencing problems with alcohol and drugs, mental illness or gambling by connecting them with services in their area.


CYMHA (Child and Youth Mental Health and Addictions) works to strengthen Ontario’s mental health and addictions services for young people and their families. Their approach starts with mobilizing knowledge on, then improving the quality of supports.

ROCK (Reach Out Centre for Kids) is a Halton based child and youth mental health agency, appointed by the Ministry of Child and Youth Services. They are working to promote and achieve optimal mental health in kids and families.

The Healthy Minds Comprehensive Teen Program
is an online therapeutic program designed to
help teens struggling with mental health concerns
including (but not limited to) depression and
anxiety. This virtual program provides a supportive
and structured treatment experience that is
tailored to help youth make meaningful changes
to their life and wellbeing.
